Galley Waste Disposal Unit (GWDU)
Monogram Systems’ Galley Waste Disposal unit, or GWDU, is an innovative system that utilizes
the existing vacuum
on commercial aircraft to dispose of galley food and liquid
waste to existing waste tanks.
The GWDU is a custom option on Boeing and Airbus aircraft models.
It significantly improves galley
environment hygiene and reduces plumbing and galley structure
corrosion.
The galley sink maintains all components above the galley
counter-top and does not infringe on trolley compartments.
